It’s easy to hide behind an image online, editing and filtering out the parts that we don’t like or don’t want others to see. After completing Module 4 of Zen Coaching in Poland, I took a chance in this video to just speak and see what came up.
I share some of the main insights I gained about giving and gifts, in their obvious and not so obvious forms. I want to honor the gifts I’ve received and highlight my choice in how I perceive what I receive.
The main idea comes down to everything can be a gift if we choose to see it like this. We can reclaim our power.
